The Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Madha Dental College and Hospital conducted a Quality Initiative Program on December 4, 2024. The program provided valuable insights and experiences on collaboration and networking in higher education for all faculty members. The guest speaker, Dr. Lakshmi Thangavelu, Professor and Head of the Centre for Global Health Research and Dean of International Affairs at Saveetha Medical College and Hospital, inspired us with her vision for academic and institutional growth. Her lecture sparked new ideas, fostered meaningful collaborations, and offered guidance on navigating the challenges of a rapidly evolving educational landscape.
